Recapping the 2013 California Economic Summit

Another historic moment in California history, with the conclusion of the 2013 California Economic Summit, sponsored by California Forward and the California Stewardship Network.

For two days, 450 civic and government leaders engaged in solutions to the most important issue of our time—What must we do for Californians to prosper, for California to thrive?

This year’s Summit gained the attention of nearly a dozen legislators who wanted to see firsthand the work regional leaders were putting in to helping the Golden State move forward.

The 2013 Summit may be over, but the work continues on the seven priorities identified by 16 regional forums.
