Apparently, life’s not all sunshine and rainbows in the Sunshine State.
Earlier this month, a Florida judge got into a scuffle with an assistant public defender. The fight turned violent when the judge suggested that the two “go out back” so he can “just beat [the public defender’s] ass.”

Chief Judge John M. Harris issued a written statement regarding the incident:
“Moreover, Judge Murphy has agreed to seek anger management counseling and treatment during a temporary leave of absence,” the statement says.
