Class-Action Lawsuit Filed on Behalf of San Diego Homeless Living In RVs

A group of homeless people living out of their RV’s are filing a federal class-action lawsuit against the city of San Diego. Currently, people can’t park RV’s on city streets from 2-6 a.m., or sleep on them overnight. But, this group argues that under the Americans with Disabilities Act, they shouldn’t be ticketed.
