Earlier this week, PublicCEO ran a list of the wealthiest counties in the nation and where California counties fit in.

Now, it’s time to turn the attention to the richest city.

A UBS survey released in August ranked the richest cities in the world.  The survey of 73 international cities determined the highest gross incomes. Copenhagen ranked first internationally.

Two cities in North America made the Top 10, one of which is in California. What city?

Los Angeles ranked No. 6 in the international wage comparison and is also among the highest paymasters.

The Top 10 list includes:

1. Copenhagen
2. Zurich
3. Geneva
4. New York
5. Oslo
6. Los Angeles
7. Munich
8. Luxembourg
9. Frankfurt
10. Dublin
