The California Special Districts Association (CSDA) announced its Board of Directors for 2009-10.

Heading the board as President is Mark Bryant, with Garberville Sanitary District. Jo MacKenzie, of Vista Irrigation District, serves as Vice President. Other officers include Treasurer Dewey Ausmus, North County Cemetery District; Secretary Sandy Young, Stallion Springs Community Services District; and Past President Arlene Schafer, Costa Mesa Sanitary District.

The CSDA Board consists of three directors from six regions throughout California.

Each board member serves three-year terms and is elected by CSDA membership through mail ballots. The Board meets bimonthly in Sacramento to guide the Association’s legislative and member benefit programs.
