You’ll get a chance to enjoy a citizen address Chico’s joint city council planning commission at the end of an nine-hour meeting on Tuesday night.

The self-proclaimed homeless man who “panhandles for a living” and is “bad in front of cameras” came through on June 22. The man makes his case in front of the council, which does its best to humor the man.

It’s worth a quick look. And the more I listen, the more I wonder if Gavin Newsom is listening somewhere.
