Lurid details about Kings County Supervisor Richard Valle’s alleged sexual assault of a woman in his home are revealed in a report that Corcoran police wrote to get a search warrant.
Valle, 40, has denied wrongdoing in his only public statement on the case, which has rocked Kings County. Elected to office two years ago, Valle last week stepped down as board chairman but said he would keep his seat on the board.
Two weeks ago, Valle was arrested on suspicion of four felonies: oral copulation on an unconscious victim, oral copulation on an intoxicated victim, sexual penetration of an unconscious victim and sexual penetration of an intoxicated victim.
