After allegedly bilking millions from Bell, former city manager Robert Rizzo has found a new job.

The good news for the people of California is that this time he isn’t working in a City Hall. In fact, he isn’t actually working in any building at all.

Steve Lopez of the Los Angeles Times, working on information provided by a tipster, found Mr. Rizzo sitting outside of the Huntington Beach International Surfing Museum. 

He’s parking cars.

A tipster dropped me a line the other day to say she’d spotted an infamous former public official in Huntington Beach, working as a parking lot guard at the International Surfing Museum.

So I drove down Wednesday to have a look, and guess what: Humpty Dumpty has had a great fall.

Robert “Ratso” Rizzo seems to have a new job.
