Accusations have abounded about DWP, including that they have intentionally issued bills late, forcing consumers to pay late fees. The official rank of 13th worst isn’t much of a surprise for the company, which has been fighting image problems for years.
But the company’s spokesman defend them, saying their business practices are fair, their rates are low, and they are working to improve their image with their consumers and communities.
