Advocacy groups, organizations, parents, students, government officials, family members, businesses and young people around the world are uniting against bullying. Now the City of Sacramento Youth Commission is too.

The City of Sacramento’s Youth Commission began its Anti-Bullying Campaign on Tuesday, March 24, with a formal presentation to the Mayor and City Council at the standing City Council meeting.

The Sacramento Youth Commission is a youth led commission/advocacy group whose mission is to protect, preserve, and enhance the quality of life for Sacramento youth by advising the City Council and the public on issues relating to youth policies, programs, and opportunities. Its members are between the ages of 14-19.
