The City of Manhattan Beach has hired MuniServices LCC to provide transient occupancy tax (TOT) and ground lease audit services. Following a competitive bid process, MuniServices was selected to assist the City by conduct a review of all local lodging providers and ground leases to insure compliance with lease agreements and the City’s Transient Occupancy Tax Ordinance.
