Del Mar Council Rejects ‘Managed Retreat’ In Face Of Rising Sea Levels

Sea levels are rising and in Del Mar city leaders are working on a plan to mitigate the impact on homeowners. Tonight (monday) the Del Mar city council is voting on a sea level adaptation plan that is controversial with people living near the beach. KPBS Reporter Matt Hoffman has more.
