“Tripepi Smith is excited to return to the CCCA Annual Municipal Seminar and reconnect with our public agency friends from across California,” said Ryder. “I look forward to participating in the conference as well as moderating the Friday panel on the importance of ensuring equitable access to the Internet, leveraging this vast resource to provide IoT services to support future-ready cities, and protecting these networks.”

The TS team has assisted CCCA over the years with projects ranging from website development, providing strategic planning facilitation, video production, photography and media outreach.

This year’s Seminar will feature thoughtful sessions on innovation in government, the future of transportation in L.A. County, developing and sustaining our cities for tomorrow and rethinking public safety. There will also be two trainings, one on AB 1234 Ethics and one on AB 1661 Sexual Harassment.

About California Contract Cities Association (CCCA)

California Contract Cities Association (CCCA) is a collection of member cities united for a common cause. Born in 1958 as the direct result of the “Lakewood Plan”, CCCA grew from eight contacting or member cities to 70 member cities today with more than 7 million residents. Believing that our strength is in our numbers, membership growth remains one of the main priorities of the association. The general purpose of the CCCA is to serve as a rallying point for cities contracting for municipal services so that we ensure our constituents the best service at the minimum cost. Through municipal seminars, education, exchange of ideas and information, our association combines resources to influence policy decisions affecting our member cities.
