The City of Yorba Linda announces the upcoming retirement of longtime City Manager Mark Pulone, who will step down in September 2025, concluding a distinguished career of more than 35 years in public service—20 of which were spent serving as a City Manager.
Pulone has served as Yorba Linda’s City Manager since August 2013, bringing extensive experience to the role, including eight years as City Manager for the City of Aliso Viejo and prior service as Assistant City Manager for the City of Lake Forest.
