Mt. View Sanitary District has selected Kyle Pickett to fill its new Grants and Contracts Administrator position after a comprehensive and successful search process conducted in partnership with Tripepi Smith Talent Solutions.
Kyle Pickett has extensive experience in policy analysis, government affairs and strategic communications, with a record of delivering impactful solutions across both public and private sectors. Before working as a consultant, he served as a Director of Government Affairs at GridMatrix, where he led outreach to local, state, federal and international agencies, managed proposals and grants and developed comprehensive communications strategies. He holds a B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania. He is recognized for his ability to combine technical expertise with innovative, results-driven leadership.
