Salary: $58,476 – $83,544 annually plus excellent benefits including PERS retirement


The Position

The California JPIA is recruiting for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Authority’s functions in a variety of areas to include administration, human resources, finance, safety, risk management, loss control, and investigations.  The position will aid in the performance of daily, routine office tasks.  The position is located in La Palma, California.

Experience

The position of Administrative Assistant a minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in an administrative support position.  Must have excellent oral and writing skills.  Previous public contact is a must.  Knowledge of insurance or local government operations is a plus.  Comprehensive knowledge of computers and use of word processing, spreadsheets, and database software programs is required.
