The City of Murrieta is accepting applications for the position of Administrative Services Director. The individual selected will be a collaborative team player with a history of being an invaluable business partner. The individual will have the ability to strengthen the department’s ability to consistently provide remarkable support to other City departments in the interest of maximizing organizational success. This key department head will be a skilled problem solver with a performance record that reflects innovation and an ability and willingness to think beyond traditional paradigms. The individual will have a history of being resourceful with respect to designing and presenting options when addressing high-level challenges and opportunities as well as everyday priorities.

Generalist, administrative or human resources backgrounds highly desirable. A minimum of five years of experience involving increasingly complex responsibility, including at least two years of management experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline are required. A Master of Business Administration or master of Public Administration is desirable.

SALARY: $95,217.40 – $227,223.36 Annually
