Those able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a myriad of stakeholders; are proactive and imaginative problem solvers who think beyond the constraints of traditional government or conventional business practices; possess knowledge and practical experience in professional organization management including budget, staff supervision, hiring and discipline, project management, goal setting and implementation; can create effective collaboration and teamwork among staff operating within a variety of programs; and, have a history of empowering staff in a manner that stimulates creativity and accountability are encouraged to apply.

Minimum Qualifications include any combination of training and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree and eight years of increasingly responsible administrative experience in community development, planning, building engineering or environmental management, including four years of management, and/or supervisory responsibility. An advanced degree is preferred.
