The Position

With this in mind, we are seeking a team-oriented leader to serve as the next Deputy Director of Administrative Services!

The ideal candidate will have high standards and continually brainstorm ways to improve while demonstrating a desire to engage in the hard work needed.  This candidate will also be willing to put the needs of the team ahead of any personal desires or ambitions, be self-motivated and a strategic problem solver.  Innovative thinking while setting realistic goals for the department is also desired.

Education and Experience

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, Business Administration or a related field. 

At least eight (8) years of increasingly responsible experience in financial management and accounting in a governmental entity, including a minimum of two (2) years in an administrative or supervisory role.  Any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.
