Trindel Risk Management for Rural Counties (Trindel) is seeking an experienced Executive Director to manage the organization’s operations, insurance policies, insurance programs, risk financing, and risk management. The Executive Director will oversee a team of four direct reports, up to 13 indirect reports, an FY 2025 $2.5 million operating budget, and a $30 million program budget. The ideal candidate has a background in accounting and expertise in insurance and risk management. The Executive Director will be adept at building strong relationships and uniting diverse perspectives, guiding the organization through its next phase of growth. This position is ideal for a professional with excellent interpersonal skills as they will engage with a supportive Board of Directors and multiple external partners. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to enjoy an outdoor lifestyle, a hybrid work schedule, and travel through the organization’s 12 member counties.
