The general manager is appointed by the District Board of Directors. This appointment is subject to the pleasure of the Board, which also determines the compensation for the general manager. While the primary focus of the general manager is to serve the Board, it is acknowledged that the individual in this position may also oversee other functions of the Company.

The ideal candidate for the general manager position should possess extensive administrative experience along with demonstrated leadership and management abilities, fostering trust and esteem both internally within the organization and externally within the community.
