$129,000 – $171,960 annually / $10,750 – $14,330 monthly DOE

Are you a skilled risk management professional seeking a dynamic career as a Risk Manager working for one of the fastest growing ports on the West Coast? The Port of Stockton has an exciting opportunity for a Risk Manager who will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive risk management program. This position serves as a management/professional-level resource for organizational, managerial, and operational activities. Incumbent will be experienced and knowledgeable in department leadership, claims management, property & casualty insurance, contractual insurance requirements, risk mitigation, workplace safety, emergency management, & policy development. Successful incumbent must be able to build and foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders to successfully identify and minimize risk and losses.
Minimum Requirements: Equiv. to Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in risk management, business administration, or a closely related field plus 6 yrs. of increasingly responsible exp. in managing and administering a comprehensive risk management program, including 2 yrs. of supervisory experience.
