SB 67 Passed by the Senate – Enroll in Prop 1A Securitization Program

Last Wednesday, the California State Senate unanimously approved Senate Bill 67, clean-up legislation to the Prop 1A securitization program.

Thank you to all CSDA members who urged their Senators to do the right thing and approve SB 67 immediately.

Now that SB 67 has passed, it is time to finish your paperwork to complete your eligibility for the Prop 1A securitization program. All legal documents, including an approved board resolution, must be received by California Communities no later than November 6, 2009. That leaves three weeks from today to submit your final documents!
