Lodi will lose its City Manager to Southern California.
The Lodi News-Sentinel is reporting that current Lodi City Manager Blair King will leave the position to become the City Manager in Coronado. King was with Lodi for five years.
King will earn a salary of $193,000 plus benefits in his new city, serving a population of 24,000 residents. He earned $163,000 in Lodi.
King also served as City Manager in Half Moon Bay, Imperial Beach and Soledad. King was Milpitas’ assistant city manager for four years.
