The City is supported by 286 full-time staff and FY2010-11 general fund budget of $48 million (total budget $135 million). Tustin also has a seven year CIP totaling $310 million.
The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded local government professional who has a track record that reflects a passion for quality services and a strong customer orientation. Extensive knowledge and experience with land use, community and economic development issues will be considered favorably. A Bachelor’s degree and Seven years of executive or senior level management experience is expected. A Master’s degree is preferred.
