Register today for the Rose Institute of State and Local Government’s conference: 2021 Redistricting: New Rules for California Local Governments. This virtual conference will offer a full day of presentations and panel discussions by California experts.
The conference, rescheduled from the spring of 2020, is intended for local government professionals in California involved in the redistricting process. Sessions will be geared towards city and county clerks, city managers, county administrators, city attorneys, county counsel, elected city, county and special district officials, and other individuals and organizations involved in 2021 redistricting.
Sessions will focus on the redistricting timeline and process at the local level, applicable law for all jurisdictions, regulations applicable to specific types of jurisdictions (including new legal requirements for cities and counties), and best practices for local government agencies. For attorneys attending the conference, MCLE credit is pending.
