The Report is PublicCEO Owner and Tripepi Smith President Ryder Todd Smith’s way of fitting more local government nerdom into his life. In each episode, he hosts thought leaders and local government officials to talk shop on policy and current events as well as personal experiences and philosophies gleaned from working in the field.
“The podcast has given me the privilege of speaking with thought leaders in local government,” commented Ryder. “With each episode, we’re merging ideas spanning public outreach, policy, academia and entrepreneurism to bring a 30,000-foot perspective on the activities in local government. While we have gotten great feedback on the Report, we also heard a lot of folks wanted an audio-only option to take on the road or walks. Our team delivered.”
Since launching in November 2020, the PublicCEO Report has welcomed redistricting experts, local government association leaders, a scientific survey professional, a social media engagement specialist, a policy professor, elected officials and more.
Now, the PublicCEO Report continues welcoming guests into its virtual recording studio in hopes that these conversations continue to inform and inspire local government leaders and decision makers across the state.
