The City of Palos Verdes Estates has appointed Oscar Antillon as its new Public Works Director following a successful recruitment effort led by Tripepi Smith Talent Solutions (TSTS).
Oscar brings extensive experience in municipal public works leadership, having led large teams and served as a trusted advisor to the Mayor in the City of Edmonds, WA. Known for launching performance-driven initiatives, he successfully implemented a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) that improved accountability, transparency and long-term operational efficiency. Oscar also secured sustainable street maintenance funding and led efforts to address utility rate challenges through data-driven analysis and community engagement.
TSTS Executive Recruiter Christine Martin led the recruitment with support from Senior Recruitment Coordinator Kylie Sun.
