The City of Marina is excited to announce the launch of Marina Connect, a new online tool that serves as a gateway to City services, resources and programming and helps residents report non-emergency service requests. Marina Connect is available now online and on mobile app stores.
“We are proud to add this important asset to the resources facilitating excellent service to the people of Marina,” said Marina Mayor Bruce C. Delgado. “Our teams are dedicated to staying tuned to the City’s needs. Marina Connect is a helpful tool that will allow residents to more easily communicate with staff so that requests can be addressed efficiently and in a timely manner, ensuring our City is always at its best in terms of safety, cleanliness and beauty.”
Using the mobile or desktop app, residents can make a report or request regarding issues such as potholes, graffiti, sidewalk damage and more by submitting a photo, choosing a location and describing the issue. Once the service request is submitted, users will have the opportunity to log in or create an account to receive updates on the status of service requests. The platform also provides City officials and staff with a centralized request management system to monitor requests from creation to resolution.
Marina Connect is not only a platform for service requests, but also empowers community engagement with a direct portal to City updates and resources.
“Keeping our community well-informed and maintaining an open line of communication between leadership and residents is a top priority for the City,” said Marina City Manager Layne Long. “We’re committed to making City resources and information accessible to all. Marina Connect provides a convenient mobile platform to support residents’ interest in everything from Recreation programs and events to important news.”
