Javad Saebi has joined the City of Santa Paula as its new Associate Engineer following a recruitment partnership led by Tripepi Smith Talent Solutions (TSTS). The City collaborated closely with TSTS to identify an engineering professional with the technical expertise needed to support Santa Paula’s rapidly growing public works operations.
Javad Saebi brings a rich background in civil engineering, pavement design and roadway geometry, having served in engineering and management roles for municipal agencies and leading firms, including DGCI, Jacobs and AECOM. His experience spans managing multidisciplinary design packages, conducting QA/QC plan reviews and leading safety plans that reduced collision risks. Saebi holds a Master of Science in Transportation Engineering from Tarbiat Modares University, a Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering from Persian Gulf University and an Engineer-in-Training credential.
