Following a comprehensive executive recruitment managed by Tripepi Smith Talent Solutions (TSTS), the City of Chino has selected Chris Bradney as its new Deputy Director of Innovation and Technology.
Chris brings over 15 years of technology leadership experience driving enterprise IT strategy, digital transformation and modernization across public sector environments. Most recently, he served as the Director of Strategic Technology Initiatives at California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB), directing a portfolio of over 30 concurrent modernization projects that included Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system rollouts and multimillion-dollar capital infrastructure overhauls. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Liberty University, a Master of Arts in Leadership and Organizational Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Azusa Pacific University.
“Chris Bradney brings an exceptional balance of technical expertise, process improvement strategy and collaborative leadership to Chino,” said City Manager Linda Reich. “Through our partnership with TSTS, we identified a candidate who demonstrated a track record of modernizing workflows and delivering solutions.”
Executive Recruiter Christine Martin led the search alongside Recruitment Coordinator Morgan Teruel and Assistant Recruitment Coordinator Sofia Gonzalez. In alignment with the recruitment brochure and the City’s recruitment profile, the team prioritized candidates with proven success in leading digital transformation, strengthening networking infrastructure and fostering collaborative municipal leadership.
