And they are looking for a new Director of Finance and Information Technology.

The Director of F&IT reports to the City Manager and regularly interacts with the other department heads on management issues, citywide initiatives, and community events.

The job is structured around a flexible, 9/80 work schedule. This means that the Director would have one day off every other week.

Five years of increasingly responsible management experience, consistent advancement in local government finance and IT, and a Bachelor’s degree are required.  A Master’s degree or CPA license and California experience are also desirable.  Prior or current service in a highly engaged community will assist the new Director with a smooth transition.

Salary range goes as high as $154,544 per year plus many excellent benefits, including a City paid 2.7%@55 PERS retirement plan and a 2% contribution to a supplemental retirement plan
