Narcotics agents raided the home of an unlikely suspect: an 84-year old mayor. Acting on reports that the mayor was growing drugs in her yard, the agents investigated and discovered marijuana plants growing near a kicked-in section of her fence. They believe her claims that she didn’t know the plants were there.
She is claiming that people are out to discredit her and force her from office. However, she says she won’t stand for any more harassment, and will hire an attorney if it continues.
