Erickson-Hall Construction Co. is excited to announce that it will be providing Lease-Leaseback services to Norwalk La Mirada Unified School District for the construction of the Norwalk High School Athletic Facility. The company was selected for its exceptional qualifications and extensive experience in the construction and modernization of educational facilities.

The project will showcase their hard work to the whole community.”
For this project, Erickson-Hall is working with architects from Rachlin Partners/Huckabee. This new 43,000 SF athletic facility building will be on an occupied campus consisting of a gymnasium, dance & cheer rooms, wrestling & weight rooms, locker rooms, restrooms, offices, auxiliary spaces and site improvements.
