Tripepi Smith is gearing up for the Municipal Management Association of Northern California’s (MMANC) Summer Symposium on Thursday, August 15 in Woodland, CA. Representing the firm are Junior Business Analysts Morgan Mock and Mia Valenzuela.
This year’s symposium is centered around “Cultivating Lean Practices” and MMANC’s Lean 101 program, equipping attendees with the tools they need to not only identify obstacles at their agencies, but effectively tackle them and improve department processes.
