The California Permit Streamlining Academy (CaPSA) is now accepting applications for a select, four-day training program that equips jurisdictions across California with tools and resources to improve permitting processes.
This is a competitive opportunity for jurisdictional executives and staff to participate in a training and professional consultation process that will yield practical, measurable improvements within each jurisdiction. During the selection process, staff are looking for agencies that need help and can move the needle in their community.
